Contact Model Selection toolΒΆ

Because every contactmodel has to be generated specifically for the geometries of the particles that will be in contact, finding a suitable contact model can be a challenge. This is why this tool exists in the documentation. Its usage is as follows:

  • First select the geometry of the first particle you want to see in contact, That will take you to a list of geometries available for the second particle.

*click the appropriate entry in that list and it will take you to a complete list of contactmodels available for that geometry combination. * Click any contact model to get the documentation on how to use it for that combination of geometries.
